In the process on the building or assembling of the infrastructure, Sinwah-APAC works closely with the engineers, managers and architects addressing issues from technical to budgeting, safety and environmental impact. DESIGN & BUILD

INTERIOR FITTING WORKS
Apart from major projects, Sinwah-APAC works extensively with various interior designer teams on the fitting-out works for offices and residences. The specialist team collates up-to-date knowledge and information on the work scope needed from hoardings, masonry, partitioning, electrical cabling, security systems, plumbing to ventilation etc. Before execution of any assigned jobs, Sinwah-APAC will ensure that all the installation teams such as carpentry, will deliver and fulfill the clients' requirements.
ADDITION & ALTERATION WORKS
